Is there a way to change gender after the fact or are we stuck with the gender we've chosen for the playthrough of that save?
Current to the limits of my knowledge there isnt a way to change your characters gender so far.
Found a way, you need a save editor and then search for gender, Change everything to the female portion of the Gender's and you won't have any issues... At least, I've not had any so far.
