Good day, the VSY group has around 90% of the game translated. Currently because of technical issues with the new translation system it doesn't have all the interface, but I guess it will in due time. They have the Android 11 or below version, too. I'll leave the link to them below.
Добрый день, группа VSY сейчас занимается переводом игры, и часть интерфейса доступна у них. Ссылку на сервер добавлю ниже. На сайте f95 есть машинный перевод ToA, и там вроде как есть интерфейс, но нормальный перевод скоро должен тоже обновиться. Плюс у VSY есть андроид-версии.
