I like the concepts of the game. Corrupting the town is fun and I enjoyed figuring out the potions and ingredients.

But the tavern storyline is downright disturbing. Both the main character and Maggie are sexually harassed and assaulted, but that's not what I have an issue with. I'm not squeamish about themes of sexual assault. Even Derick the seemingly good tavern owner revealing himself to be a piece of shit by condoning the harassment and assault and blaming the women when they stand up for themselves is realistic, especially for the time period.

What's disturbing is that the writer treats it as if all women secretly want to be assaulted. Both the main character and Maggie begin enjoying the abuse. The main character even has a thought along the lines of "I guess all women have a naughty streak". Wanting to be harassed and molested by strangers is not a "naughty streak" and is definitely not something all women have.

I apologize if those scenes made you uncomfortable. I would like to reiterate that this game is not intended to be a depiction of reality (in any time period). The content of the game reflects fantasies, and in that instance, fantasies which I (a woman) enjoy but would not want to occur in real life. As such, the dialogue reflects certain kinks.

The entire premise of drugging people against their will or knowledge is reprehensible outside the realm of imagination. That being said, this game is a product of financial pressures which pushed me to make some additions which I personally do not find appealing, and so if I ever do return to regular development, I will take your concerns into consideration when editing existing dialogue.

But some people link fiction with reality. I still can't accept you made samantha a whore and poor francis a cuckold. And everybody in town knows about the horrible cheating and no one talks about it to francis. And in this massive open world you can't meet samantha, is she dead?. Kinks are great but they are not serving justice to the game mechanism. Francis didn't do anything wrong he was a normal guy and samantha cheating on him with abusive piece of shit derrick. sure she will get killed if she change her mind.

The dev did a nice work making a good open world text based game but the dev only used the kinky side of the brain. Through one option you can inform francis about the cheating, still we can see narations about francis is afraid of derrick. Burla knows stuff and she gossip but still there is no event about samantha in future. i'm a twine dev too, i too made a game like this. In my game i gave the victim a chance to get revenge by sleeping with the evil affair partners daughter. Derrick is a opportunist and samanthas high sex drive dosen't serve any purpose in the cheating because francis is a lil perv too. you clearly let us see that francis has a perv side. Magic exist so penis enlargment exist to why don't serve some justice to francis

Overall the game is good, sorry if i was mean to you dev. i'm a infidelity victim thats my problem. Hope you serve justice to francis in the future
