i am stuck here, i have the water and earth plates, i also got the 2 halfs of the wind plate, idk if i can combine the halfs or if is possible, and where to use it. I also don't know the zones

Full Air plate from combine Left and Right half plate. Check on inventory>>Misc.>> click 'use' at any half plate to combine.
And you can use it here to make air flowing in nearby room so you can swim from the opposite to nearby room. But there still nothing more in there.
