I might just be dumb but after she tells me to take a look at the list on the desk i cant seem to progress
if you click the list on the desk it should come up with the girls, if you watch Velma, Zelda, Samus or Marge until the bar on the side fills up then when you exit youll unlock the phone which allows you to unlock everything else through the quests app in the bottom right
