As for the 'Rahayal' content, it can be accessed in the v0.4 version by doing the following:
Intro > Leave with Kate > Don't join mercenaries > Run away from the brigand in the alley > Leave Lethram.
Those steps put you on the road to that story and the latest added content (in v0.4, the public v0.3 build doesn't have that yet, of course).
