HI! Probably because you have a version of android 10, although I can't tell you 100%. I'm trying another method for mobile users to play, I hope to have it available in 1 month or so.
I currently have an android 12 but it always crashes the file for some reason at first i thought it was lack of storage but ive deleted tons of apps so i have tons of storage left but everytime i keep trying to open the file it wont do anything
