Welcome to the Male Idol Mod!
(Finished Version of the Male Idol Image for Concerts ^^)
My initial inspiration for this is the K-Pop mod as well as my wife. Drawing inspiration for the boys as well as some scenarios/clothing is drawn from different J-Rock bands (and a few male K-pop bands). I'm much more versed with Visual Kei and J-Rock than I am with Japanese Idol boys (any insight would be greatly appreciated!). Further inspiration is drawn from games/manga/anime with male idols. I'm striving to try and make this as unique as I can ^^ As this is my first mod I can 10/10 say I have no clue what in the world I am doing and I'm hoping I don't somehow break things as I go so please wish me luck!

Unless a way to change the name pool that the names for the Idols pull from, I will be redrawing the all Female Staff as Males because there will no longer be a Female Name Pool. RIP my wrist lol

ORIGINAL EVENTS MODIFIED: 13 / 13 (Once again as needed. most only recieved a few minor adjustments because I want to stay true to the original game as well s add content)
Two original events are drafted more or less. Once I've fine tuned the writing some, I'll add them in.

As far as originally scripted dialogue and events. Some remain largely the same, just changed to match the male gender and alter the speech pattern used a bit. Some events were not changed a whole lot primarily because I want to try my best to keep the original experience of the game largely the same but with Male Idols. At some-point down the road, I will try my best to implement several new Events and Dialogue for the male idols, I just need the creativity to due so. This being said, I usually can come up with stuff but please, feel free to offer up ideas, all help s gladly appreciated. Sometimes I have complete writers block until something I see mentioned just strikes me with inspiration :)
However, Progress MAY BE SLOW. My college classes start back up August 12th and I use a different laptop for school than I do for gaming and drawing (so I actually do my work). While updates may take a bit in between, and I have no idea when I'll have a playable version out, I will do my best to update the progress post (this is saying that I don't forget the internet exists and continue to mindlessly type away and draw for hours/days on end and I'm sorry in advance if I just go radio silent at random) This all being said, I really look forward to trying to do this to the best of my abilities :)
