It’s absolutely unacceptable to offer no method of saving on the web version. There is no reason not to. Especially since the download version only supports Windows.

it's not unacceptable and there can be reasons not to
just don't play it if you don't like it
you can simply suggest that saving be added instead of demanding it to be "fixed"
