If you're on PC, simply download the newer version and it'll automatically transfer. The save file for PC is located somewhere in the Users folder.
If you're on Android, simply run the newer .apk. DO NOT uninstall the game because it will delete the save along with it. The newer .apk will overwrite the older version into the newer one. You can delete older .apks to save space.
If you're on Newgrounds, the Patreon version has a cloud save feature.
