For 3), You can give him a fishing rod, knife, and slingshot. I think slingshot is the best item to give, judging from the dialogue.

For 5), I'm not sure either, since I wear it for 14+ days and it does not trigger any special event.

Edit:

For 1), I think I learn how to make Energy drink and Energy drink (Strong) after I found graple in Forest path.

Yeah, I meant graple, not graple juice, my mistake. So you think that you don't need to study this recipes at home after founding graple?

I'll buy a slingshot, than.

No, I mean I got a recipe after I get a graple. And I need to study the recipe at home too. (Sorry for bad description skill that make you misunderstand it ;-;)

And I think so, it may an early event before 0.30 update. I don't know it either since I start to play this game in 0.38 build.
