Well, Android isn't well known for giving good error messages.
I'd recommend going to the playstore (or wherever else you get your apps from) and looking for Split APK Installer (SAI), installing apps with it will give you a more useful error message.
Or it may just install, because for some reason the default apk installer doesn't want to.
Android is weird sometimes.
