There's a few different ways the game plays depending on a choice you make at a certain point, but ultimately, they all funnel into the same ending. You'll see what I mean when you play a few times ;)

No, but the hallway is sort of inspired from PT if you've heard of that, it was a demo for an unreleased Silent Hill game on the PS4
