I feel like they kinda have to eventually because humanity is literally riding on them finding other people, and if they don't the world will just... pathetically keel over and die
ok so originally it was just a gorl but then I got the idea to do a sort of Apex from Infinity Train thing but not assholes (kinda assholes but not to the degree of Apex) but then I realized that there's no way I'm making a whole hidden civilization, so I only created Simon and Grace but role reversed and no one goes insane and dies a horrific terrible death... probably, but I also didn't realize until now, it just looks like a genderbent version of the characters lol
