In order to play games made with RPG Maker VX Ace and earlier, you have to download the RTP like written in the installation instructions :)
Here's the link: https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package -- If you scroll down to the bottom you'll see all the versions, so just download the one for VX Ace! ^^
