After rescuing J-chad as Kiara there's another Kiara near J-chad which allows you to remove everyone from your party including Kiara
Also since most characters have evolved sprite and portrait why don't they apply to office versions too?

I was able to fix the Kiara thing, so for the next update, it will be available.
Regarding the changes in the office, it will change sometimes, as well as the position of the girls.
The reason is more or less explained with the dialogues, which is the fact that the girls can change clothes at will, so you may consider it their preference at a certain given moment
Btw, in normal conditions (that's not considering the fact there is a second kiwawa), the ability to remove the whole Party is a feature of the game, when you interact with the bed in the top left of that room.
