I keep getting the same error and tried multiple places for the download.
<XML Error> Config.xml is not formatted properly
I've tried the patch as well as the download.
Make sure you have the file in "Glassix/data/config.xml"
If yes, make sure to unzip the game inside a writable folder too, like C: or your Desktop.
Some players also got corrupted downloads for some strange reasons but fixed this issue by downloading again, though it appears you already tried that.
You could also try to launch the dxwebsetup.exe to make sure you have the minimum required DirectX Web version for the game.
