I literally just created an account because i wanted to compliment this game. Yes, solely for this reason. And here it is
This game is one of the best games I have ever played in my life. There are so many things to compliment and applaud it on and I will list everything that I can currently think of
First off, the gameplay: I had so much fun reading and playing this game. On most games I play, I usually just skip all of the dialogue to get to the "good" parts, but that wasn't the case for this game. I read almost every single part of this game. The story was so captivating that I just had to read all of it and I could not stop until I was done, and when I was done, I just wanted more of it to read and play. And don't get me wrong, the scenes are amazing too. They make playing the game and getting to the end so much more worth it, and the amazing storyline only makes it so much better. BTW I finished the game like literally minutes before I wrote this "review". This game's story was one of two that almost made me cry and actually feel emotion. It was just that good and so well written. Shoutout to Once In A Lifetime, that game is insanely good, and this game is a close contender for most favorite game, as OIAL is in first.
Secondly, the characters, locations, and scenes: All the characters in this game are so likeable it's scary. I did not dislike a single character. Even the stuck up Akane become a big favorite, as her writing was just so well done that I couldn't bring myself to hate her. Charlotte was my personal favorite, as I just have a thing for nekos, but still her writing was amazing. All the other characters were so unique as well, and they were all so likeable and I cannot wait to see them in the next updates. The scenes for the characters were also amazing and I loved the way they played out, the lead up to them, and how it progressed the story. It was amazing. And the locations too, they were so cool. I loved the atmosphere and how every single location was so detailed and so peaceful and beautiful to look at.
Lastly, and my personal favorite, the music: Oh my fucking god. The music. It is the most relaxing, peaceful, and amazing music I have ever listened to. I never, NEVER, turn on music. It is the very first thing I do when I start a game, is turn off the music. Most games use that stupid free use music and it always is so trash and makes me want to blow my fucking brains out after 5 minutes of listening to them. But noooo, not this game. I am so glad that I decided to turn on the music for this game. The music relaxed me out so much and made me feel so at peace, it was unbelievable. It was like Hana used magic on it :). But seriously I absolutely loved the music and the atmosphere it gave the game. It matched perfectly with the time, place, and just the general feel of the game. It made every scene feel amazing, and it was so much better in the H scenes, that the music continued playing, because it was so enjoyable to just do anything in the game with that music on. I could grind fishes and logs for an hour and I would enjoy it purely because of that music. Like literally I love it so much, that I bed you to send me a link to the soundtracks of this game, because I need to continue listening to it.
This game is just pure beauty and I will be waiting ever so patiently for the next updates. Cannot wait and I hope you continue to expand on this amazing game. <3
Edit: I just saw on the patreon that the new version is out only on there and that they are working on more content. I want to wait though until the new characters are implemented, as when I go back to playing it, I hope to play it for a while, because I like it when I have a lot to explore for and experience. Will be keeping tabs on their patreon and any new stuff that comes :))
