Well that's very weird XD . But I think I know what happened.
Hmmm... from the looks of it, I asume you met Stripe, had the NSFW and when pressing exit and returned to the map it bugged?
If that so I think I can fix it. I also think you should be able to remove the bug it in-game by going to a stripe animation in the Gallery, it should reactivate the animation and exiting should remove the bug. Regardless I'll try to patch it next time I update it.
