There is currently one trans woman as a side character: Maple, who you can meet randomly around campus looking very lost. She currently only has the one scene where you meet her, but I have several more planned for her in the future.
Extensive customisation options such as your character being trans are unfortunately beyond my capabilities at the moment, I'm sorry to say. Maybe one day in the future when I'm more experienced with making games!
