itch.io just ip bans people when it comes to bans by game developers (from experience with my vs scratch cat mod)
i had a alt account that i posted a vs scratch cat + pico mod to called Scratch dev but i had to delete the mod and the account because this one homophobic guy kept trying to convert me and everytime i banned him he used a vpn to come back.
