From the discord here are the suggestions:
- If you submitted with a team, the submitter should get the email. Have them send you the form.
- If you have multiple emails linked to your itch account, check all of them for the first email
- You do not need a gamedev.tv account before getting the email
- Check that the game was actually submitted to the game jam. It should have a submission banner.
- Check that there were no issues on your page. If it had source issues, the game jam hosts should have left a comment for you.
If you still haven't received the email after checking all of these things, I was told to message the hosts.
