Cheats are a Patreon-only feature, they are connected to the different tiers, there is no way to sell them here. But in all honesty, you don't need cheats, the game is not grindy or anything.

All you need to buy is a crowbar, which is delivering pizza 1-2 times depending on skill.
If you want to buy presents, that is optional you can also level up other ways like just talking or interacting with the girl. Also doing a space mission for drop gives 50 dollars, which can buy tons of gifts.
