Cannot submit my Game to Jam ?

i have described my game theme and twitted about it but for some reason i cannot submit my game when i press submit and select my game ,

it says i have submitted but cannot see in the entries

Hello sir. I had actually submitted the game prior to 2 pm but it has not come up on the entry list. The link you have sent is not working. Its showing error 404.
