Did you install just one .pak file?
Each one contains a different layer compilation, they are not files to be combined in your Paks folder.
You should also know that the order of the .pak files is important, the lowest ones in alphabetical order overwrite the previous ones that modify the same assets.
So if you have several Map Mods installed it will be only the last one in the list that will be displayed.
