1. It acts similarly to Malware, which is why it might get flagged by some AVs.
It can open Notepad, take over your keyboard/mouse, etc.
But you go in knowing what to expect.
2. If just a few AVs flag stuff on Virustotal (especially lesser-known ones), it will most likely be just a false flag. On this list, just Malewarebytes is better known
