From what I understand, you have to constantly (minimum 3 days in a row) go to Lady Annalie and buy products from her, after the socks appear, one or two days later the shoes will appear, which are called "sneakers"
Lady Annalie's store changes clothes a little every day, you'll just have to go there for a couple of days and maybe you'll find them!;)
