I know that the banner belongs to 0.8c I just get hopeful everytime I see it on the recommended page. Sorry if I came off as aggressive. And yeah I know that buying the $10 tier unlocks everything below it.. I just only had enough money for the second tier at first and then came back when I had more money to buy the top tier.
