Cool. I like comic books. My favorite book would probably be... uhhhh... yeah idk, I like a lot of books. My favorite author definitely has to be Michael Morpurgo. I used to read his books all the time. They're so nice. I still have one of his books with me. Elephant in the Garden. Truly wonderful, you should read it. My favorite genre, well that's a difficult one but maybe adventure. I like books with good cliffhangers too. Or an ending you can interpret in your own way.

HELP IN YR 5 THEY GAVE US KENSUKE'S KINGDOM BY MICHAEL MORPUGO??!?!
and i think the main char in the book was him.
bc the main char was named michael.
and at the end 4 yrs after he published the book he got a letter from "kensuke's son"

his stories are fictional. But they put an interesting spin on actual real world happenings. Elephant in the Garden takes place during a world war for example. It’s written as a retelling of a story from an old lady whose time was almost up.

it is. She tells the story of an elephant her and her brother (I think) had kept in the garden during the war.
