Oh, I guess I was playing the old version? I'm honestly not even certain anymore because the old version seems better in a few ways. The only hint I have that I was playing it is in regards to the proof reading comment I saw and seeing the persons name in the credits.
Genuinely not trying to bash you or the game or anything like that, I'm leaving the below in hopes of helping you improve the game. I like the characters, the story being told and I can't wait to see more!
I think my main bits of feedback are in regards to:
- The old main menu is waaayyy cooler and I thought it was one of the more unique and interesting main menus. It's truly a night and day difference. I'm sure there's a good reason for it but still, I don't think the new one is nearly as good
- The removal of the gallery, even though it wasn't really needed yet because there's just one NSFW scene it gave fun little pin ups for reaching parts of the story and was still nice to have. I think the best example of this is Life Changing Choices and My Bully is My Lover.
- The lighting is kinda mixed. There's some scenes where it's fine, but there are quite a few where it's a bit too intense and both characters and environments are sort of glowing and the color gets washed away a bit.
- The proofreading. I understand that you paid someone to do it this time and "they did their best" but I'd recommend finding someone else to do it in the future. There's a number of obvious mistakes that makes me hope they didn't charge you too much for their work. It should be better considering you went from someone who did it for free without noticeable errors to someone who was paid to do it and having numerous obvious errors.
