'Ezmores Crystals' is an adventure pact game filled with a diverse number of NPCs and quests. The game introduces a large and enchanting world to the player. With a complete story line and many quests, the story doesn’t fail to stimulate the player. While the game excels in specific areas, it does lack in others. Overall, I enjoyed the game. At times, I did feel that there was an air of receptiveness to it, but the storyline does make up for it. To begin, it’s important to address the gameplay of Ezmores Crystals. To move, you must click anywhere on the screen to reach your destination. At first, I thought this mechanic was good because it adds to the ease of gameplay. However, the clicking repeatedly does get tiring and tedious. I liked how the game provides the player with a large inventory to keep items, weapons, armor, etc. I enjoyed the fighting aspect of the game but there is little strategy when battling monsters. As you hit them, they hit you back and it’s difficult to dodge. If the player tries to run away, the monsters will chase you forever as more monsters come to join the chase. A very sad ending indeed. The games graphics are set in a forest and all the characters are Lego figures. I liked how the avatar and each NPC was made from Lego as it gave me a nostalgic feeling. I thought the soundtrack was very well done. The monsters and players had unique sounds that didn’t fail to make me laugh. The adventurous soundtrack added nicely to the atmosphere of the game. Sometimes the trees and the rocks tend to get in the players view of the character. There were some bugs that occurred mid dialogue with NPCs, but it wasn’t a significant problem. To conclude, 'Ezmores Crystals' was a simple and fun game filled with funny NPCs and entertaining quests. The graphics are nice, and the soundtrack complements the game beautifully.
