Your pretty close because he has to make input for mobile but other then that and quality tweaks and around 5 days struggling with the adb not working properly. Your almost on point
he would jsut have to program in mobile controls and compile the game for android (longest part is creating the mobile controls and you can just open stackoverflow or the unity store and steal code)
