A Reasonable-CPU-Opponent should not retaliate with a complex reaction that is faster than 250ms, and they should rarely, if ever, have one that is slower than 1,000ms.

Elite: 350ms> Casual: 500ms - 1,000ms would be the most encompassing.

The decimal seems to be in the incorrect location on this game.

The game’s reported 0.04 time should actually be 0.4.

A tie counts as a win for the CPU.

The CPU has also clicked a crab within 270ms—which is a bit extreme.

I once lost a set 0-5 where my average in-game response was “0.036” with a peak of “0.028.”

Hey, Loving! Thank you for the comment, it is very detailed! I'll surely take note of this and implement the code.

Thank you; best of luck.
