So I might have done the experiment at the lab, and at first I just went to transylvania to change my organs back to male, but all npc's refer to me as female and such still. Please tell me there's a way to undo this!
The player's gender and the player's sex are separate. To change your gender you go the menu, then I believe there's an option called sanctum. The sanctum is where you change various settings such as kinks. Along the bottom row to the left of where you spawn in the sanctum is where you find the option to change your gender.
