Well, you can just download the zip again and extract it somewhere.
NOTE: Avoid extracting it on top of the old installation, it may cause issues.
But I seriously recommend downloading the itch.io app and using that to keep the game up to date.
With it it's as easy as hitting the update button. No need to download the entire thing over and over.
