Using the new version and a Flysky FS-i6 I can no longer land the quad, nor control the speed much a I cannot zero the throttle as before. I have tried with another controller and have obtained the same results. I can drop the throttle rates low down to obtain some measure of control but this affects all the flying of course. I am using this on a Mac with High Sierra OS. Is this just me, or has something changed?

Nothing has changed in Freerider's  calibration/input system. 

You can check and adjust the calibration by clicking "Calibrate Controller" and choose "Go to trim settings". There you can check if the stick input reaches the endpoints and adjust the scale/trim to get it right.
