That's because of a bunch of hidden scenes/Good/Dark Paths.
A full unlock kinda needs two playthroughs and that's done because Good Paths are harem building and more mellow.
While Dark Paths are pretty crazy and absolutely not for everyone.
Through Subscribestar there is a full unlock and a bunch of other stuff. I don't like doing things like that but making games takes a lot of time and effort.
