issues:
Geometry overlapping in the stl file, causing the print to print lines within the model, thus making it tear apart  after printing.

Suggestions:
the material around the arms could be a bit ticker, or even make user defined around the holes. (measured to around 1mm, would like to have 2mm or even 2.5mm,

Apologies for the late reply.

Which sleeve was causing this issue? And which slicer were you using? There may be some overlap but generally Cura is able to detect and rectify the issue. I am working on a solution that will bake the meshes before export, it is a few weeks away.

I will add your suggestions to the to-do list, thanks!

NP, and thanks for the reply, sorry for the late reply.

The sleeve was the full mount with a hero 9,  camfered light base with m3 holes.
The over lapping geometry is between the arms where the camfer is,.
I was using sovol3d cura, and it didn't rectify the mesh.

thanks for the great work!
