Any theories on what makes Echo a cursed land? My current theory is a greater demon that causes trouble keeping the land in a constant state of anger and fear. Feeding of it to get stronger.
Also it could just be pissed off spirits. In a lot of lore when a lot of people die horrible deaths it has a way of cursing the land. Kinda makes a snowball effect makes it harder for people to be at peace in the land.
Or maybe a combination? Angry spirits would make a good food source for a demon considering they feed off negative emotions.
If anyone has theories I'd love to hear them. Also in Echo they mention a windago? But the confusing part if its a windago they are corrupted spirits caused by cannibalism. As far as I know they are currently no cannibals as far as I know. Unless there is some lore that I don't know of?
