So, once Katsuki is about to leave Ren for Kiri, like-completely, Ren kinda says "NU-UH BITCH-LIKE IT OR NOT YOU'RE STAYING WITH ME." and Katsuki's all like: "FUCK OFF-YOU AIN'T GETTIN' MY ASS ANYMORE-" and so like Ren says: "WE'LL SEE ABOUT THAT ASSHOLE-" and all of a sudden, BAM. New vampire. And this vampire is finna kick Katsuki's ass-like-KICK-KICK HIS ASS IF HE DOESN'T STAY WITH REN.
Now another version of this is that Ren goes insane, fucking threatening Katsuki that he will tell everyone-EVERYONE in UA that he's a vampire, even Nezu.
And he'll get kicked out.
