Is the linked 17GB zip the pure game or the full Unreal Engine project folder?
It's a runtime game only. Works very well for me.
Did test it now and it's really cool (although there is not sound for Superman's movement.) :D Although the fps is not extremely high even on my 3090 (in the non-optimized version)
