Everytime I launch it the camera just spins, the only way to stop is by holding down the right mouse button. Which stops me interacting with anything else :( Shame really.

It sounds like you could have a controller or wheel plugged in which the game is picking up. In the launcher try removing some of the camera controls, anything which isn't the keyboard.
