That is a very good point. It would be different it it was a factitious tribe, although these days, people would think it was a dig on their culture/heritage even if it was made up. Our imaginations stem from the many life experiences and interests we have, and that is how our creativity flourish. Through exposure. Would be so cool to have tribal histories for to many cultures. There are really interesting histories that wee consider mythology, but findings that depict otherwise. Sorry, I just watched Ancient Aliens on the History Channel recently. So many historical stories are so connected and similar. Not saying that refers to the Quileute tribe, or any other specifically.
