Well it can be easily solved! Most of the phones don't allow users to install unknown apps or open Data/Obb folders..
These are the 2 methods you can try:
1) Use Zarchiver to open the files, you can also use 7zip and install the game or reuse your old save files.
2) Download SAI(Split Apks Installer) from play store/app store and try to install the game(Note this method can only install the game, it cannot change the things in files/data folder)
