Do you mean you want to help both of them from werewolf attack scene in Full moon event right?
I'm not actually sure but I think you can't help both in that scene, you must choose one of them to help. By the way, you can also help the another after that scene. But if you help Logan (by choose to check the sawmill, normal Logan route) you will gain love with him and you can process another relationship event with him more.
