What does cd stand for?
It works the same as on hard but the girls' cd is reduced. Trick: Enable and disable the fetish to avoid the cd once the girl is pregnant. Available: Anna and Yuna.

It is the cooldown (cd) of how long it takes for girls to want to have sex again after childbirth. It's made that way so that it has "logic" even if you only enable it out of curiosity (any mode other than hard).
On hard, it takes a week for girls to want to have sex again and in the other modes, it only takes 1-2 days.
