I really have to say, this is amazing. It seems to drag on at moments, but it's extremely interesting when I actually restrain myself and read through it.

I played the first build and was a little excited, but couldn't really get a scope on the game. However, this newest build is incredibly detailed and it reaches out to audiences. It's amazing.

Spoilers:

Two suggestions/comments on my part: Firstly, Maelbjorn's name is practically invisible against the backgrounds of the training room. I don't know how you would want to deal with that, but I usually can't tell that it's him speaking until I realize someone is actually speaking and look for a name.

And secondly, when the MC finishes training with Maelbjorn, it says that he feels a lot better; "Not everything is perfect, obviously, but I'm better," but then the MC feels compelled to insult the prince. But wouldn't it make sense, alongside choosing either "Make an inappropriate remark" or "Insult Maelbjorn," to have the option to not say anything? It's implied that their relation is improving, so why would the MC inherently want to insult the prince? Idk, just my take on the matter.

Hey thanks for your advices!

For the first point, multiple people complained about the color so we will try to find a lighter shade of brown, and if it doesn't work out we will use a different color if needed.

Spoiler!

For the second remark, teasing/insulting Maelbjorn is a way of advancing their relationship either way. The first choice is shown as more of a teasing game than a real insult, that's kind of the MC's thing to play on words and say witty remarks. Moreover, it's also a way to further show his state of mind, he is never going to pass up an opportunity to tease, even more so if it concerns a member of the royalty. The occasion is too good for him to pass up, that's why we don't think it's in his character to just not say anything.

I hope this answer is satisfactory and thank you again for both reading our VN and giving us your feedback, it's really appreciated!

Alright, thanks for the reply!

I can understand that; he is a bard, it's kind of in their nature to take jabs at royalty.

Me being me, I had to try out both choices, but I was surprised and awed at his reaction to insulting him, and holy hell - I'm just now realizing how diverse and original each character is. You guys are putting so much effort into this VN, and it really shows. From the bottom of my heart, I hope this VN gets the attention it deserves, although I hope y'all don't become overwhelmed as more people play your VN.
