There's not much else quite like BBN, but I do have a list of recommended titles on my profile. They're mostly still in development (like BBN) but being made by some great people.
If you haven't tried it yet, I'd say definitely try SpaceCorps XXX. And I absolutely love Minotaur Hotel but it is a completely different vibe than BBN.
