The not-printer-friendly versions are very nice, but slow (specially in a low-end tablet). The printer-friendly version is faster, but b&w.Perhaps there would be some way to optimize the color versions?
No promises, but I'll see if I can make a faster color version that doesn't look like garbage.

Okay, there are now two lo-fi options. 1 is the printer-friendly version but in color. 2 is the extended letter edition but at 96 dpi. Hopefully one or the other will work for you.
