1.7 is not out for pc yet and the creator hasn't updated the PC version of Gacha neon because of some bugs and trying to reformate the game so that it will be available for everyone so be patient making mods are not easy. This is what the creator said about the struggle they have:

Making mods, which should have been fun, is now a pain. But don't worry, I will be updating the mods regularly. In the meantime, the 1.7 updates have already been done (but I have received some reports of mouth bugs, which I will fix when I have more time). I'll do my best to support PCs as well.
